Usually the same day. We'll ask a little about your room and roughly when you're hoping to start, and answer any questions you have.
We meet, whenever suits
At your home or at our studio, whichever you prefer. If you come to us you can open the drawers and see the finishes properly rather than guessing from a photo.
You'll see your room drawn up
A proper plan and a 3D view of your actual space, with a clear breakdown of what's included. Take all the time you need to consider it.
Things people often wonder
Not at all, in fact the earlier we're involved the better, because we can tell your electrician and plumber exactly where things need to go and save you a headache later. We do take the final measurements once the tiling and plastering are done, as those change the dimensions more than most people expect.
Please do, we'd be glad to have you. Come and open the drawers, feel the difference between a matte and a gloss finish, and see how everything is put together. A visit is a relaxed, no-pressure way to get a feel for our work.
Once your design is approved, manufacturing usually takes around 15 days and installation about 3 days. The exact timeline depends on the size of your project and the finishes you choose, and we'll give you a clear date to plan around rather than a vague estimate.
Very happily, and we do it often. We focus on kitchens, wardrobes and custom furniture rather than whole-home interiors, so working alongside other trades on a bigger project is completely normal for us.
Do tell us what you have in mind and we'll be honest about what's achievable. There's usually more room to move than people expect, and we'll happily show you where spending a little more genuinely pays off and where it really doesn't.
